Savannah is doing a poster project at her school. The week of June 6th, incidentally, our wedding anniversary, will be “Savannah is a Star” week. All the students get their own turn to shine. She’s working on the poster now. She found a photo of herself taken in Mississippi. She’s wearing a party hat because she’d wanted to throw her cousin Erin a party, not for any particular reason. So Amiee made a cake and took photos.
But when she needed a family photo for her poster I realized how few photos we have of all five of us. There may be a couple some where, candid photos taken in the hospital when Arwen was 1 day old. I know we’ve put them online. So I finally made an appointment for a portrait. The last time I tried, Seth kept getting big bruises on his cheeks and forehead. He had about 5 obvious boo boos in a row. Some even overlapped. So we’re scheduled to go several days from now. I hope it happens. We’ll get all dressed up. That’s the fun part with children. And it’s set up for the morning well before anyone’s nap time. I’m sure Daddy will post a copy online.
